4th - Iris Scott Inspired WET DOGS

Inspired by the artist Iris Scott, students had so much fun with this project from the SPLATTER painting station to the STOP MOTION creations! Students used watered down tempera paints to to create and splash the backgrounds for their "Wet Dogs", they then used their own dog inspiration to come up with their pup and draw/paint them using one main dark color, with a lighter color to create multiple tints of the original color with of course one ear on the fly! Before gluing the heads down students partnered up and created a quick STOP MOTION project which can be found in each of their Google Classrooms.
