Students in 2nd Grade classes created these fish bowls out of clay! Students first created a pinch pot to make the body of their fish, and then reviewed SLIP AND SCORE construction to attach awesome and amazing details to their ceramic (clay) fish. Students could add fins, tails, eyes, teeth, tongues, and other fishy details to their artworks. Finally, students were able to use low fire glazes to decorate their pieces and bring their fish sculptures to life.
