Sun & Ocean Artworks

Our first grade students worked tirelessly before our building closure to finish up these artworks.  Using oil pastels, the students applied their understandings of "color temperatures" (i.e. warm and cool colors) to create bold and vibrant seascapes. The contrast and emphasis of using the warm and cool colors of their choice resulted in some absolutely striking artworks.
