Projects are assigned to introduce and develope different use of styles and techniques with an emphasis on self expression. My name is Mrs. Bailly. I'm a NY native, but I have lived in Southeast Louisiana for a few years now. I've always dreamed of teaching art, but never thought it possible. In college, I studied Childhood Education and received my Bachelor of Science degree from the SUNY system. I became certified in NY, NC, and LA, and currently maintain my LA teaching license.
