Biography

My name is Monica Crawford. I am the art teacher at Butler County Middle School. I have been a part of this community for the last 10 years, and my family roots are here. I have a Bachelors of Fine Arts in painting, printmaking, and art history as well as a Bachelors in Art Education and a Masters in Teacher Leadership Studies. Prior to teaching at BCMS, I worked with other school districts to help develop community art programs and services to low income areas and completed my KTIP teaching drama, art, and English, in Spain.

I have a wonderful husband and an amazing one-year old. Life is busy and fulfilling. We are very much looking forward to visit my husband's family in England and the Falkland Islands whenever we next get the opportunity to travel.
