PW 5/6/7/8 Pixel Selfie

Students will create a 64x64 pixel art self-portrait while learning about human facial proportions. If they had time students also tackled bringing their selfies to life with basic animations like blinking or breathing. Big Ideas: Pixel art lets us create shorthand representations of ourselves and others by reducing the main features of the face or body to their most essential form. Essential Questions: What are the essential parts of my face or look? How can I represent those within the constraints of pixel art?
