Pennell's 2nd Grade Artists

This year, the 2nd grade artists at Pennell really broadened their understanding of many elements of art like line, shape and color. These artists created art by drawing, coloring, cutting, collaging and even painting, while studying art from contemporary artists like Sandra Silberzweig and masters like Henri Matisse and John James Audubon. I loved making art with them this year.
