Kindergarteners learned about moths via the story "An Extraordianry Ordinary Moth" by Karlin Gray. After listening to the story, the students were presented with a square black paper folded in 4ths. They glued circles in the sections to show the patterns on the moth's wings. Together, we drew the body and wongs of the moth. Finally, we added feathers to represent the moth's antennae. They did a beaitful job!
