In Caricature

6th grade students learned about the art of caricature. Digital photographs were taken in action poses. Students learned about proportion relative to caricature, emphasizing the size of their heads. Appropriate clothing was added based on the individual action poses. Drawings were illustrated and then painted using both watercolors and acrylic paint. - Good fun with a great group of caricatures!
