6 Word Art

Students developed an original artwork by writing a six word title. We found inspiration from writer Ernest Hemingway who made a bet that he could compose a novel using just six words. The story? “For sale, Baby shoes, Never worn.” Although the myth has been formally debunked, it has inspired many people to write their own (super) short stories. Students illustrated their titles using watercolors, marker, and colored pencil.
