All students studied the beauty of the Japanese Cherry Blossom trees in Washington, DC. We learned about the massive donations of these trees from Japan to the United States, and that the Indicator Tree blooms ten days before the others. This project was filled with interesting facts and was fun for everyone to create their own tree or branch drawing. We used construction paper crayon & water color for this project!
