Our artistic community

Inspired by the contemporary artist Karolina Romanowska, each student designed their own mask as a process of individuation (recognising themselves) and in turn made known to others a part of them that they don't usually show. The sense of community is present in the process of creation, where each student makes themselves known among their peers through their reflections, ideas regarding the shapes and colours of their masks, giving them meaning. This process allows all the participants of the academy to have a sense of belonging, to be a group of artists, where similarities and differences are recognised, a space where a common taste for creativity is preserved.
