2019/20 United Crusaders High School Art Show

Our High School Art Program was filled with very talented artists! This class started out the year learning Fluid art and Graffiti. To say this crew was excited about Graffiti is an understatement. We started out this year in an EPIC way and traveled to Graffiti Alley in Baltimore, MD to Glorify God through graffiti.  Please enjoy these featured artworks by High School Art Students. The students each created many art-show-quality pieces. This group created far too many amazing artworks to feature them all, so I selected 10 that I feel they should definitely be proud of (12 for Seniors). Please enjoy and thank you for allowing me to create with your students this year. I pray these students continue their art education and remember that with the direction of the Lord in their life, they can create their future.

Our 2019 United Christian Academy High School Art Students ended our Graffiti unit by taking a day trip to paint this Holy Spirit inspired painting on Graffiti Alley in Baltimore, in October. It was an alley takeover, y'all! Being Columbus Day, we had lots of through traffic. A couple of models and photographers photographed our students art while we were working! We met #kidballoon, an Illustrator and Designer who added some of his flair to our piece! Our students collaborated with Art Teacher, Tammy Hornek and Design Mentor, Bob Kirchman to leave a version of our pre-designed "I Am The Way" mural on the walls of Graffiti Alley in less than 4 hours along with many individual artworks by each student!
