Digital Paintings

Students in Computer Graphics Class learned about digital painting, artists who create digital paintings, and what makes a digital painting different from other forms of digital art. After practicing with brush tools and techniques using the Wacom Tablet in Photoshop, students studied the work of artists who create artwork inspired by places that evoke a sense of Home. Focus artists included Go Suga, Egor Turovec, and Alayna Danner. Student artists brainstormed what is means to feel at home, creating digital paintings that represent a place that evokes a sense of home.
