2019-2020 CMCS Virtual Art Show

The CMCS virtual art show inlcudes artwork from students in grades 1st through 8th who participate in Artsonia.  The show includes the choice-based learning environment for middle school students.  Students at this level chose what they want to express and create for their art projects.  This led to some wonderful original works of art known as WOW art!  All students at CMCS created artworks using a variety of media and techniques throughout the school year.  Students worked in 2D creating paintings, drawings, paper collages, portraits and more!  Most students worked in 3D this year by particpating in the Art of Recycling.  They used recycled materials to build with.  Some kids worked with clay, tape, and cardboard, while others used found objects and fabric to create with.  This show also includes art created at home during distant learning including laundry landscapes, food portraits, Earth Day projects, texture projects, and rainbows!  I hope you enjoy the show!
