Drawing in perspective can be really challenging, but is an important skill for creative people in art, architecture, and design. I am glad you had this experience learning to draw and shade in perspective. I hope you find the opportunity to use this skill outside of art class some day.

You created some attractive textures and did a neat job dry brushing your cross to enhance them.

Nicolo, You are the one who amazed me with your results! I'm glad that you learned so much from doing this painting. Isn't it funny how the dark leaves and dark tree trunks dried a lighter color than you thought they would? You worked very hard on this painting. I hope you are proud of your work because I am proud of you. This painting would look beautiful in a frame. Ms. Gilman

Nicolo, I love your Darth Vader and Yoda puppets. You made good use of the supplies in the art room to turn plain paper bags into real characters. I especially like how you added ears, swords, and other details with construction paper. You have a wonderful imagination. Ms.Gilman

You did a nice job creating all the different textures for your tree and leaves. This picture makes me think of cool autumn weather. Nice work! Ms. Gilman
