HI,
My name is Urszula Kubrak and I am the visual arts teacher at P.S. 151K in Brooklyn New York.
I have been teaching at this school for 18 years; 5 years as a first grade teacher and then arts teacher.
I was born in Poland (Pulaski, Kosciuszko, Walesa, Jan Paul II). I grew up on a nice farm very close to nature. Nature, the biggest artist and master teacher, is to no surprise my greatest inspiration in all art endeavors.
Besides painting, drawing, knitting, and crocheting I enjoy walking on the beach, practicing yoga, and listening to classical music.
I am a proud mom of two sons; Jakub (Fisher Banking in Washington State) and Greg (Virginia Tech student). I also have a daughter-in-law Magda, a 4 year old grandson Vincent, and a 2 year old granddaughter Zofia.
