I have been teaching at Norwich High School for thirteen years. I always enjoyed the Visual Arts and I knew that they were crucial to me and my desire of being an artist and art educator. Before coming to Norwich I had a great public education with three outstanding art educators Mrs. Frascatore, Mr. DeClerk and Mr. Beato I will always be in debt to them for their understanding and guidance. In college I was surrounded with faculty that were Artists and Art Educators they continued to inspire me to reach for my goal, Mr. Thomas, Mr. Lipp, Mr. Miller, Mr. Sodervick, Mr. Smith and Mr. Drumlevitch. My parents gave continued support to me throughout my years. My peers challenged me not only in High School but in Undergraduate and Graduate School and still do to this day. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Rochester Institute of Technology, a Master of Fine Arts from SUNY at Buffalo, and Master of Education from Roberts Wesleyan College. It was a lot of hard work to get to this point. I am still continuing to work hard for myself and the students I teach. I have had the priviledge to see many talented and hardworking students graduate from these halls. Over the coming years and I expect to see many more. I am always available to talk with you about your student, art, courses, college and career choices. Please remember, to improve to grow will take alot of work, it is rarely easy but at the end it is an incredible accomplishment.
