Hello!

My name is Mrs. Wendlowsky and I LOVE to teach art!

Art is a life-long exploration and I believe art can encompass all that makes us human. There is no area in life, that art cannot reach, reflect, or express. Because of this, I believe all humans are creative in some way. This drives my passion for teaching students about the vast world of art and facilitating the opportunity for all students to experience a wide variety of mediums and approaches to visual art.

I have been teaching at Hulstrom since 2010, have a B.A. in Art History and Studio Art from University of Colorado Denver, and a M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction from University of Denver. My students include 3rd-8th artists at Hulstrom and watching them grow is an incredible experience I cherish.

"Art is not what you see, but what you make others see." ~Edgar Degas
