Lindsey Summers
I have been teaching visual arts at Walden Elementary School since 2015! I graduated from Drake University where I pursued art education, graphic design and printmaking. I received my Masters of Art in Art Education at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. I LOVE working with all my Walden students and try to encourage student choice, risk taking, and creative problem-solving through art making. I hope Artsonia is a resource for parents and students to celebrate all the hard work that is happening in the art room, as well as show the growth each student makes during their time at Walden!
