I went to the University of Illinois in Urbana, IL for Interior Design and switched majors half way through to Education. I never dreamed I'd end up all the way on the East coast!! After teaching 3rd and 4th grade, I realized my passion was art and here I am... Mixing design and teaching was perfect for me. I absolutely love being creative with the kids every day and I'm so thankful for being able to work at a school like Fruitland Primary.
