I have been teaching at Patterson Elementary School since 1994; I am currently the NASA Explorer School team lead and science teacher. In addition to providing hands-on science experiments, I have developed a curriculum integrating science standards with art techniques. I have also written several grants to fund the new initiative. An art show featuring student work will be held in April 2009.
