Diane Stein Hi Friends! I am Mrs. Stein. My primary learning objective of my visual arts teaching is to help my students develop and see their process of creative problem solving. I want my students to persevere when problem solving and be risk takers with big ideas when working on projects. I believe that taking artistic risks in the pursuit of artistic expression impacts every aspect of students' growth across all disciplines. Previously, I completed a BA in Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. For the past ten years, I was the Head Art Teacher for the Lower School at Trevor Day School in New York City. My family and I relocated to Illinois a few years ago so my husband could complete a M.S in Math Education at Northwestern, and so our amazing kids can be closer to family. Send compliment
