Candace Cannon
Hello! Thank you for supporting our arts program and our students! Just a little information about me! I am a native of Lexington County, SC, and I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts and an Interdisciplinary Master of Arts from the University of South Carolina. I have earned endorsement by Lexington District One to teach gifted and talented/honors courses. I am also National Board certified and AP Studio Art certified. I have been teaching at Lexington High School for 20 years.

Jennifer Gorlewski
While this is my first year at LHS, I have been teaching high school visual art for 21 years. I love teaching art because it gives me the opportunity to help students develop problem-solving skills, think creatively, and express themselves visually. I received my BS in Art Education from Illinois State University, and I received my Masters in Educational Technology from the University of South Carolina. I am certified to teach Gifted and Talented and AP Art. I also have earned 30 graduate credit hours in Art Education from the Art of Education University.
