Meghan Purcell
Thank you for sharing your child with me. My name is Meghan Purcell and as your child’s art teacher I am dedicated to providing a diverse art education for every student at Herbert Hoover Elementary School. This school year is my seventeenth year of teaching Elementary Art. I also teach at Mark Twain Elementary.
