Erin Goodman
Mrs. Erin Goodman joined the Hamilton Heights School Corporation in the fall of 2017 and brings close to 30 years of experience as a visual arts educator. She began her teaching career in 1997 in Highland, Indiana, where she taught both elementary and high school art. After returning to central Indiana, she spent 15 years teaching at Zionsville Middle School before joining the Hamilton Heights family.
Mrs. Goodman earned her bachelor's degree in K–12 Art Education from Indiana University Bloomington in 1 ... read more997 and her master's degree in Art Education from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) in 2009.
Her dedication to students and the arts has been recognized with several honors, including Hamilton Heights School Corporation Teacher of the Year and Hamilton Heights Middle School Teacher of the Year in 2020. In 2021, she was named Art Educator of the Year by Nickel Plate Arts.
At Hamilton Heights Middle School, Mrs. Goodman teaches visual art to students in grades 5–8 and serves as the advisor for the Art Club and Yearbook. She is passionate about helping students develop creativity, confidence, and problem-solving skills through the visual arts.
Mrs. Goodman resides in Noblesville, Indiana.
