Mary Gaiser
I am coming to Freeland after spending the past couple years teaching in Chicago. I am originally from Bay City. I attended Kendall College of Art and Design(Grand Rapids) for my Bachelors of Fine Art and then Saginaw Valley for my teaching certification. I am thrilled to be back in Michigan, working in the Freeland Community School District, and teaching what I love- ART! I love seeing children flexing their creative muscles, and I like to think these skills will follow them down the road, along any path they may choose. When I create art for myself I love to paint, specifically portraits.
