I've been an elementary teacher for more than 17 years professionally and an Art Teacher for 9! I enjoy teaching and love ART, so being an Art Teacher is definitely my dream job. The students at Ferry are so creative and confident it is exciting to see what they will come up with next!

Stefani Makowski
I'm Mrs. Makowski and I'm very excited to be teaching art on "C" day at Ferry Elementary this year! This is 18th year in Grosse Pointe Schools. I have a B.F.A. in Design from the University of Michigan and a M.A.T. in Art Education from Wayne State University. I started my career as a graphic designer before deciding to become a teacher.
I currently live in Grosse Pointe Farms with my husband, son, daughter and cats (Cookie & Chip). In my spare time I like to read, hike and draw. |
