Ebru Sahin-Ekici
I have designed interiors, exteriors, made a lot of research in academia till I moved to US with my husband in 1998. I got a master’s degree in ceramics and sculpture at Purdue University. I have taught art and design at Purdue and UNC-G and now I am enjoying guiding elementary school students in their journey to create and love art and share their love with others around them.

I have been roaming the halls of Farragut Intermediate for over 20 years now. Before teaching in public schools I painted murals, faux finishes, and furniture. I tend to be 'off the wall' with ideas, actions, and opinions. I have heard rumors that I occasionally dance on my desk or put my foot behind my head.
