Juliana "Hoolie" Rowe
Juliana "Hoolie" Rowe teaches photography, digital image, and 2D visual art at Dunedin High School. She has a BFA in Studio Art from the University of South Florida, and an MA in Art Education from the University of Florida. She is a published educator with articles ranging from environmental education, service learning, and social media in the art classroom. She is also a working artist in the local community, and actively curates and exhibits her work in various St. Pete establishments. She is a member of the Pinellas Art Educators Association.
