Howard Dale
Mr. Dale has a Bachelor of Arts degree from East Tennessee State University with a concentration in visual arts education and a Masters in Education degree from Cumberland University. He has over 20 years of elementary visual art teaching experience. Mr. Dale is a leader in the area of technology in his school and across the KCS school district, and uses a blended learning approach in the art room by combining technology and hands-on application to the curriculum. He is dedicated to creating a universal learning environment so that all students can thrive.
