Tina Walsh
Welcome to the CSES Artsonia Website. My name is Mrs. Walsh and I am the elementary art teacher at Cambridge Springs Elementary School where I am lucky to teach kindergarten through 6th grade students. The arts are important to allowing students to express themselves and use 21st century learning skills to solve problems, explore possibilities and test ideas through the creative manipulations of materials and ideas. I am a teacher first and and an artist second. I want my students to learn about self-expression and creativity; I want them to be fearless and take risks in their artwork and I want them to enjoy the endless possibilities that the subject of art allows them to define through their own personal interest and self-motivation.
