Rosser Mooney
I enjoy teaching visual art to teenagers, and now 6th graders. But it is most enjoyable when the light finally clicks and the students understand how to communicate with their art.
While symbols have their place in life, I feel that they don't belong in drawing. Therefore, I don't allow Lollipop Trees, V's for birds, Suns with radiating lines, or Shark-tooth Mountains.
