Jennifer Troop Hello Parents and students! My name is Mrs. Troop and I am your child’s Art teacher. This is my seventh year teaching Art and my fifth year teaching Art with Legacy Traditional Schools. I am so excited to be embarking on this adventure with you! A little about myself: I grew up in Illinois near Chicago. My mother is also an artist, so art has always been an integral part of my life. I have had extensive training in art and art history and have also played an integral role in designing new houses and renovating existing houses. I have received my teaching certification through the Rio Salado Teacher in Residence program. In my free time I spend time with my family. My husband and I have four kids ages 11-18 and a yellow lab named Bailey. We love watching movies together, playing board games, hiking, and travelling.
