It is with great excitement that I am going on my 20th school year teaching in Union City Schools! Each year is such an adventure in the art room! This year, our Colin Powell students are focusing on American Artists. We are reflecting on many artists, from the past and present, and how they inspire us today.We experiment with various mediums and textures. We are so excited to finally be able to launch our digital gallery! I invite all of my artists to post all of their proudest art works. Digital portfolios are a wonderful way to organize and store artwork. Our artists are learning to create, photograph art, edit it, and organize it in a digital format. It is a truly amazing experience!
