My name is Angie Bell and I'm excited to be teaching Art at Elsa England this year. I've been with Round Rock ISD for 17 years and have taught Art, Yearbook, and Technology to all grade levels. But, I'm most excited about teaching elementary art! During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my three adorable Basset Hounds in my Georgetown home.
