Celia Parsons
I started working at KIPP San Jose Collegiate in 2011. KSJC is a charter school in San Jose, California. Our focus is getting our students in and through college (most students will be the first person in their family to go to college). As the art teacher at KSJC it is important to help our students be able to find their voice and express themselves. This will be our focus for this school year as we continue to grow our art program from 70 students in 2011 to 140 students in 2013! Currently we offer Drawing I, Drawing II, and AP Studio Art.
