Education and art have always been aspects of life that excite me. I view both as ways to better oneself by gaining new skills and information, to think more abstractly, and to expand what we know about the world. Sally Elvart
My name is Sally Elvart and I have been making art all my life both as a hobby and professionally as a graphic designer. I received my BFA in Graphic Design from U of I Urbana-Champaign. After raising my own little artists, I decided to continue the teaching aspect of art, part time. I went back to school for a Masters in Elementary Education with an endorsement in art. While I truly enjoy working as a designer, I missed sharing my love of art with kids. They have so much imagination to share in their work and I consider it a privilege to be part of that process.
