Elizabeth Buchholz
Welcome to Faith Lutheran's Artsonia page! I am Elizabeth Buchholz and currently an art educator at Faith Lutheran Middle School and High School. I was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a BFA in Fine Arts/Graphic Design. My work experience includes graphic design, trade show exhibit design, mural painting, jewelry design, portrait photography and art education. After ten enjoyable years of teaching elementary art education, I began teaching art, photography and graphic design for 6th through 12th graders. Observing students realize their creative potential is rewarding and inspiring!

Kimberly Gilman
Teaching art and helping students find their creative voices and make personal connections through art is my passion. My background includes a BA in Studio Art, an MA in Education, and a diverse range of art-making experiences. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy weaving, knitting, drawing illustrations for the Visual Faith Ministry of the Lutheran Church, and playing tenor recorder as a member of an early music consort. Please visit our student galleries here on Artsonia. Every artist's creative journey begins somewhere. Many talented young artists are finding their expressive voices here at Faith Lutheran. Their art work is here for you to discover and enjoy.
