Rachel Forsythe Ms. Mortimer has been teaching secondary visual arts at Allegheny-Clarion Valley since the fall of 2019. As a graduate of A-C Valley, Mrs. Forsythe is dedicated to the development and promotion of the arts in the community. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, kayaking, reading, and creating her own art.
