Hello! Welcome to our Shaw Art Gallery at Artsonia. Here you will find a few examples of the work we do within the art room at Shaw Elementary.
My goal as an elementary art educator is to develop the visual literacy of my students. I strive to allow them to experience both the joys and struggles that may be found within the creative process, and thus learn the importance of patience and perseverance. I want them to be aware of the importance of art and design in the world around them and to continue to grow in their appreciation of the visual arts.
