Biography

Mr. Osborn graduated from Harbor Creek High School, where he now teaches. His children also graduated from Harbor Creek High School, as did his wife of now 31 years.
Mr. Osborn earned his BFA and MA at Edinboro University (now Penn West). He has been teaching at Harbor Creek Junior High for sixteen years now, after teaching at the Senior High for fourteen years.
