Biography

I am a veteran teacher of 37 years but have only taught art full time for 4 years. I taught primary level for 33 years. I was passionate about teaching art to my second graders, but NCLB pushed art out of our curriculum. Now I can teach art all day, every day at the middle school. I also teach art for the intermediate school after-school program. I live in eastern Montana. I grew up in Wyoming and graduated from Valley City State University in Valley City, ND. I am very proud to be a returned Peace Corps Volunteer. I served in Sierra Leone, West Africa from 1980-82.
