Biography

Hi! I’m Ms. Begley, and I’m so excited to share my students’ artwork with you through Artsonia!

I am a self-taught artist and have always loved exploring different artistic styles and mediums. My favorite ways to create are watercolor, gouache, and acrylic painting. Most recently, I completed a large-scale mural painting project, which was an exciting opportunity to combine my love of art with storytelling and community.

I have been teaching art for five years, working with students across a wide range of ages and abilities. I believe that art is about more than creating something that looks “perfect”—it is about **exploring, experimenting, problem-solving, expressing yourself, and finding your own creative voice**.

In our classroom, students are encouraged to try new things, learn from mistakes, and take pride in their unique ideas. I love watching students gain confidence as they discover what they can create!

I’m excited to use Artsonia to give families a chance to **see, celebrate, and encourage their child’s creativity**. Be sure to check back often to see what our young artists are creating!
