Biography

Hello! I am an art educator and practicing artist who has had the joy of teaching since 1997. I have been teaching at Tomball Memorial High School (TMHS) since 2021, and I am truly grateful to be part of such a wonderful school community. TMHS has been the best place I have ever taught, and I hope to remain here for the rest of my teaching career.

Teaching art is more than a profession for me; it is something I genuinely love. I enjoy helping students discover their creativity, develop their artistic skills, and find their own unique voices through art. One of my greatest joys is sharing my love and enjoyment of art with my students and watching them grow in confidence as artists.

I am also a practicing artist and love creating and sharing my own artwork. I believe that being an artist helps me continue to learn and grow, and I enjoy bringing that experience into my classroom.

Outside of teaching and art, I am a proud mother and grandmother. My family and friends are a true blessing in my life, and they continue to inspire and encourage me.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have a career that allows me to combine my love of art, teaching, and working with young people. I look forward to creating, learning, and making art with my students for many years to come!
