Biography

Hi, I am Brandy Edgren. I have been teaching for 20+ years, but many of them have been part time. I have 6 kids and took time to stay home with most of them while they were little. I taught part time elementary art for about 19 years, and now this is my 5th year at the middle school level. Although I love small children, I am more excited teaching at the middle school level where they are still young enough to be excited about art, but old enough to accomplish amazing things technically. I also love teaching every student in the building. Relationships are my favorite part about teaching, and this way I get to know each and every kiddo! I want to use Artsonia as a way to monitor progress and celebrate success in my classroom. I am excited to share with parents what we do in my art classroom. Your kids are crazy talented!
