Biography

Hello! I am Sami Simmons, I have been teaching art for 13 years and am excited to begin my 8th year here at HWES! I have been married to my high school sweetheart for almost 35 years, we have 3 grown children, Elisabeth, Rees and Emily and two grandchildren, Oaklynn and Levi. We also have a Bloodhound named Arch, a Basset hound named Gus, and a cat named Milo.I love to draw, paint and sew. I cannot wait to see all of the amazing art that will be created this year! Let's go 2024-2025!
