Biography

Ms. Elcin has a BFA in 2D Fine Art from Moore College of Art and Design and an M.ED in art education from Tyler School of Art, Temple University. She has worked as an art educator in schools and community arts for nearly a decade and is also a practicing fiber artist. She believes all individuals have the capacity for creativity, and hopes her students grow to appreciate and participate in the arts throughout their lifetimes.
