Thank you for visiting and supporting Stocktrail Art. The money generated through Artsonia will help purchase art supplies for the school. Art at Stocktrail Elementary is a hand on studio environment. All students in grades K-6 attend art class. Students are encouraged to express themselves through art and to achieve their personal best. The art curriculum interweaves art production, history, critique and appreciation, Students explore a variety of materials including tempera, watercolor, clay, pastels, crayons, markers, paper, mixed media, and fiber. The art curriculum makes connections to math, (geometry and measurement) Science, (plants, animals and environment), Language Arts, and social studies. Our goal is for the students to have a meaningful art experience and foster a lifelong appreciation of art.
