Dear Sophia, This painting was very appealing to me. You have assembled a bundle of colors that are pleasant to the eyes. The magenta splash of color provides an excellent upper border to the painting. At first glance, it seemed to be a picture of a pumpkin face with fruit eyes. The brown-stemmed item in front could be a nose, sniffing a lovely orchid. I love the variations of orange color on the pumpkin, as well as the variations on the magenta border. The tilted planter on the right side with green and brown colors balances the same colors on the left side. The leaves of the plant reach up toward the sun. I appreciate the opportunity to view your work; it was a highlight of my day.
